Now Enrolling Infants!
At Kids in The Country, we've come a long way from the days of day care – or even child care. We offer a nurturing, child-centered world where joy, learning, creativity and long-lasting relationships flourish. Our diverse community comes together to offer a rich tapestry of relationships that provides opportunity for parent and child alike.
Over the past twelve months, we have consistently received the feedback that parents and families would like us to offer Infant care at our school. After much deliberation and preparation, we are happy to announce that we are now offering infant care! Our nursery is designed to accommodate infants from 6 weeks to approximately 12 months old. The designated adult/child ratio in Florida for infants is 1:4. In order to maintain consistency for your child, parents are asked to provide information on their child’s specific daily routine. Our caregivers will use this information to customize a personal schedule that will incorporate your child’s needs and planned activities.
Daily updates will be completed on Brightwheel so you will know when and what your child ate, when he/she slept, and when their diaper was changed. Notes on your child’s health, disposition, and other special events during the day will also be recorded. We will also write reminders in Brightwheel, and let you know when you may need to bring something in for your child. Other information may be posted in the nursery, or placed in your child’s cubby, as well as, messaged through the Brightwheel system.
When you are ready, come meet us. To schedule a tour you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at (407) 892-8377. We also have online registration forms.
